How do I book a party?
You may fill out the Book A Party Page. A $150 non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to hold your party date and time. This deposit will go towards the cost of your party.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance will need to be paid completely 3 days before the party. Tax will be added to a product or goods. All payments are made through our Invoices, Cash App, Zelle or Paypal. Cash is not taken for party payments.
How far in advance do we need to book a party?
We would like for all parties to be book at less seven day or more in advance. Dessert tables must be booked or added to a party two weeks in advance or more.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?
If you must postpone, we will work with you to reschedule your party to a later date. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 30 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit will not be refunded. You must give 48 hours notice to reschedule your party.
If you cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided Daisy's is notified at least seven (7) business days prior to the event in writing. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within five (5) business days of the event but a credit can be issue if you cancel 7 days in advance if your order is less than $100 minus $25.
Refund/Cancellation received order Policy?
We take pride in our desserts and cakes. On a few occasions a year we have an unsatisfied customer. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up) of your concern and return your dessert to us. We will give you credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.
When do you need the final RSVP count?
We will need your final RSVPs no later than six days prior to the party. You may call or email it to us. This total will determine your remaining balance. The number you give us is what we will use to prepare for the party.
What should be done for a child that has food allergies?
It will be your responsibility to check for food allergies and to inform us of any concerns. If a guest should have severe allergies that we are unable to accommodate, then either you or the child’s parent should provide alternate refreshments for that child.
What do I need to do to prepare for the party?
Have the party area and/or driveway clear for setup.
What happens if guests arrive late?
We have a set schedule, so we are unable to wait for guests that arrive late. They may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to when arriving.
Can I make changes to my party after I book?
Yes! You can make changes to your party, but all changes must be made no later than six days before the party date. After the sixth day deadline All changes are final.
What if we want to open gifts?
That is fine. We request that your setup time for after our allotted time slot.
How far will Daisy's travel?
We serve the Greater Chicagoland area. We will travel as far south as Indiana and as far north as Wisconsin.
Is there a Travel Charge?
We charge a travel fee of $1 per mile after the first 20 miles. All rentals have a $40 delivery and setup charge after 20 miles. Daisy's determines mileage fees from suggested routes of Google Maps.
